Wow, that's pretty incredible. I can't believe not one critic would give it a negative review. Not that I would have, but I still don't think it was a perfectly perfect film in every way. Nobody had a hang up with reenactments, for example?
I dare say that the documentary that I saw this past Thursday night at the Cinema Village in Manhattan actually edges out MAN ON WIRE as the best doc of 2008.
DEAR ZACHARY: A LETTER TO A SON ABOUT HIS FATHER is emotionally overwhelming but it's skillfully and passionately crafted. And it's superlative 97% at RT shows it's right up there too.
