It's that sense of sadness that overwhelms me about all of his movies. Sadness over the idea that the practical will always win out over the mythical in the end.<BR/><BR/>So yes, I guess I agree that he's more Rolfe than Smith, but there's a large part of him that wishes it could be the other way around.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
